Assistant for our technical director (60% job)

We are looking for somebody who wants to work for 60% (part-time). Somebody who loves rules and doesn't need a lot of creative work for your everyday duties.

What will your task be?

You will become the right hand of Technical director

It means that you will be responsible for those smooth steps: arranging meetings, solving the changes in the seating plan, onboarding newcomers and so on...

You will arrange the performance reviews for your colleagues and their boss

You will be the support of Project managers office – arranging project audit, etc.

You will take care of orders for our freelancers

Event management: organize the team-building for project managers and employees

From time to time you help our HR girls to organize and prepare events

What we need from you:

You should have some experience with the assistant position but it is not like a big requirement for us ;)

Very good organizational ability, you will need it for organizing of all meetings, events for our busy managers

Carefulness, because you have to be very careful during the preparation of contracts for your freelancers

Very good communication skills – you will need this for arranging a lot of meeting and solving the specific change of seating plan with our employees

English – we are an international company and our company language is English

Specific sense of humor – You will work in the IT company, you know ;)
