Analyst/Product Owner Proxy

To work with the Client’s stakeholders to ensure that our customer-facing products and supporting services operate to the desired level.

What your task will be:

Work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that customer issues are addressed

Collate reported product bugs, feature requests and necessary upgrades

Assist in the establishment and delivery of the forward development plan in line with customer and business requirements

Gather product requirements from relevant stakeholders

Cooperate with UX designers to ensure user-friendly product

Enable measurement of product KPIs to support data-driven decisions

Refine and scope stories

Prioritize development backlog items and construct work schedule

Assist in the rollout of the product releases

Ensure that all necessary parties are kept updated about product issues and product releases

What we need from you:

Analysis / Product management experience

Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of company personnel

Decision-making and problem-solving ability

Attention to detail

Ability to manage different priorities and work under pressure and to deadlines

Customer-oriented, able to spot opportunities for “added value” service
