We are looking for a Technical Leader for our Business Intelligence Department. You will work on further growth and development of the department.
You will be working on projects of our clients and internal projects - E2E dashboard developments
You will work on technical parts of BI proposals for our potential clients.
One of your tasks will be the support for our Sales department. We would like you to travel with our sales team to our clients for the potential BI discussions
Also you will be leading internal BI projects and experiments.
Any experience with BI tools is an advantage. We mainly focus on:
- Transformation layer: Microsoft SQL Server, optionally Alteryx
- Storage layer: Microsoft SQL Server, optionally Snowflake or cloud services (AWS, MS Azure SQL)
- Reporting Layer: Power BI, optionally Tableau and Qlik Sense
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Ruby, Python or other) is an advantage

Team:
Usually, our project teams consist of:
- BI Architect
- BI Developer
- Quality Assurance Engineer
- Scrum master
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in BI or data-oriented team.
Strong knowledge of SQL, ability to design data pipelines (ETL processes)
Deep understanding of MS SQL Server tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
Experience with relational/dimensional data modelling
To be communicative with the customer
To be a consultant and architect of the whole solution.
Capability and willingness to work with Scrum
English – there will be daily communication with our international clients
Sharing experience and mentoring junior colleagues
Ability and willingness to learn new things and improve your skills
Readiness to travel (once per three months)
Speak on BI events and discuss BI solution with potential clients
