Mid/Senior Java Developer (Online Broker)

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Middle/Senior Java Developer for our client, leading online broker in Europe.

What will be your tasks?

New design and implementation of a backend for a core banking system with the technologies listed below

Analysis of existing end-to-end processes and transfer to the updated technological stack

Migration of information from the current system to the new system

Working in an agile environment (Scrum, cross-functional team)

What we need from you?

Experience in (meaning experience from projects - not just theoretical knowledge):

  • Java, Spring
  • CQRS / ES (Command Query Responsibility Segregation / Event Sourcing)
  • Microservice Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Restfull API design
  • Databases and complex data structures
  • Messaging Infrastructure (Kafka, NATS or SQS)

Knowledge of Dev-ops environment and CI/CD tools - Github, Jenkins

Experience with agile way of working (Scrum)

Advanced English – there will be daily communication with our international clients

Analytical thinking

Ability and willingness to learn new things and improve your skills

Readiness to travel (will be detailed during the interview)
