2+ years in IT recruitment, either with an agency or in-house

Proficient sourcing using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases

Fast learners – what worked yesterday might not work today

Creative creature - you will think of some new way and ideas of how to attract newcomers

Fulltime availability

Fluent English and Czech

What will be your task?

To target, identify and source the best possible talent mainly in the Czech Republic, sometimes in Slovak and Romania

Conduct and plan interviews – you will be active with candidates on all levels of the recruitment process

Use innovative search methods and any creative means possible to engage candidates at various seniority levels

Interact with candidates and create intriguing messages

Take care of our newcomers in Prague (yes, onboarding will be your task)

Organize events&teambuildings in Prague (grill parties, Christmas party, CN Day, Common lunch, etc.).

Be part of Social media group – helping with content, promotion.
