What we need from you:

Great passion for recruiting (IT domain is advantage)

Proficient sourcing using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases

Fast learner – what worked yesterday might not work today

Creative and open mind – thinking out of the box and bringing news way and ideas of how to attract candidates

Organizational skills

What will be your task?

To target, identify and source the best possible talent mainly in our location

Conduct and plan interviews – you will be active with candidates on all levels of the recruitment process, close cooperation with hiring managers

Use innovative search methods and any other creative ways to engage candidates at various seniority levels

Interact with candidates and create appealing messages

Take care of our newcomers - yes, onboarding will be your task too

Cooperation with universities, attending Job-fairs
