You will do new customer acquisitions, lead generation and follow-up activities in Scandinavia, UK and BeNeLux.
You will also take care about some customers as Key Account Manager provide administrative support to Sales Director
You will communicate within the sales and marketing department and cooperate closely also with our project managers, team leaders, project team members
You will provide after-sales support to retain customers.
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customers’ queries; build strong customer relationships, through regular communication.
You will also prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Collaborate on marketing materials, om-line events, and hopefully conferences or exhibitions in the near and represent CN Group
You are interested in full scale sales activities customer care in the field of software development

You have some proven at least 2 year work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales or pre-sales role
You are flexible in your schedule, in new ways of thinking, and are of an independent mind, so that you can fit in with the collaborative approach of the CN Group.
Self-motivation & proactivity is a must.
You must be prepared for some occasional travel to the customers’ locations when it will be possible again.
