What will be your task?

Building features for one of the biggest e-shops in the fashion domain on the german market.

The main focus on supporting new features which are created on FE

50% development, 50% maintenance

In 50% development - enhancements of current system

Most features in Scala, some java and node.js

+ Kubernetes knowledge - Using it, not building/administrating it

Process:
Agile Scrum development
Regular CodeReviews, PairProgramming sessions, UNIT tests part of the project- Manual testing

Team:
7 developers
1 Manual tester
1 Scrum Master
Product Owner on the customer side

What we need from you:

Experience with Scala + Java

Orientation on Node.js is advance

Experience with other than Express libraries or DevOps experience is beneficial

Capability and willingness to work with Scrum

English – there will be daily communication with our international clients

Sharing experience and mentoring junior colleagues

Analytical thinking

Ability and willingness to learn new things and improve your skills

Readiness to travel (once per three months)
